Location, Location, Location! The location of this complex is hard to beat. Bus and bike routes go right by. You can walk to restaurants, bars, banks, a pharmacy, shopping, churches, etc. It truly is one of the best locations in all of Springfield for apartment living. It was recently sold to new owners and they are going through the entire property and upgrading things. Over the next couple of years the property will be completely updated. There are garages, a pool, nice landscaped grounds.
